Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nomi, an AI agent product consisting of a web dashboard and a desktop application, together with the services that support them. By creating an account or installing the desktop app, you agree to these terms.

Nomi is under active development. Right now, only the Windows desktop app has been built and tested; other platforms are not yet supported. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and you should not rely on Nomi for anything where a mistake would cause serious harm.

Nomi can take real actions on your computer on your behalf, including opening applications, reading and modifying files, and interacting with your screen and input devices. The Permissions system in Settings lets you control which of these actions require your explicit approval before they run.

You are responsible for the instructions you give Nomi and for any action you approve. Do not use Nomi to access, modify, or interfere with systems, accounts, or data you don't have the right to use, and do not use it for any illegal purpose.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

What Nomi collects and how it's used is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard.

Nomi is provided on an "as available" basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and background tasks or cloud features may be unavailable if the backing service is down, for example while the project is not yet deployed to a public server. The desktop app is designed to keep working locally in that case.

Nomi is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomi and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including damages resulting from an action Nomi took that you approved.

These terms may be updated as Nomi develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date, and where practical you'll be notified in the app.

You can stop using Nomi and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.
